The Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, of Protection of Personal Information gives to the interested the possibility of practice a series of rights related with the personal information treatment.

This communication must reflect the following information: Users name and surname, the request of application, the address and certifying information.

 

The user must make the exercise of rights. Nevertheless, an authorized person as an authorized legal representative may execute it. In this case, must be provided the documentation that confirm this representation of the interested.
